We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within a timeframe of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and return the items.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and shipped in a box to reduce the risk of damage.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your item.

• The refund process after returning the product may take a few days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Made-to-order and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me at returns@magiccraftsuk.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and order number.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
