We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, gym exercises or sleeping to maintain its quality and longevity. Proper care will help preserve the appearance and durability of your pieces. Avoid leaving jewellery in direct sun light and moist places. Store in dry and dark places.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on Magic Crafts UK, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for order processing, including your full name, shipping address, and payment details. All payments are processed securely, and you agree to pay for all products and applicable shipping charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship primarily to UK-based customers, with the option for shipping to select EU countries. Delivery times are as follows:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.99 (Delivery in 3-5 working days)
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.99 (Delivery in 3-5 working days)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.99 (Delivery in 1-2 working days)
Free Delivery on orders over £45 (use code: FREE45 at checkout) - shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class
Made-to-order items may require 5-7 working days for delivery. We use Royal Mail services. If you paid for tracked delivery, you will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your jewellery! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
